> Recent study confirms efficacy of HILL_BEST FIT
In a validation study in 2006 made in cooperation with an Austrian insurance firm a “blindfold test” was carried out. Three groups of salespeople with varying degrees of selling potential (as shown by their respective sales figures) were analyzed using HILL_BEST FIT solely on the basis of the Structured Personality Inventory and Selling Style Analysis. No other information whatsoever on the candidates was entered.
The result was clear cut: the various sales groups were clearly and correctly determined by HILL, purely on the basis of the Structured Personality Inventory and Sales Style Analysis.

> Increased internationality through further language versions
After the development of a Turkish language version an Albanian version of HILL_BEST FIT is now available and has already undergone practical testing.
Furthermore the Retentiveness Module has been developed in Slovakian and Russian.
> Up-to-dateness through new standardization
Regularly every 2 years each language version HILL_BEST FIT is newly standardized. This guarantees you, that every candidate is compared with a representative, up to date sample from his or her own country. This way you have a firm basis of evaluation.
From the beginning of the year an up to date German version of HILL_BEST FIT is available. The Polish, Russian, Kazakh und Ukrainian language versions were also newly standardized in 2006.
> Survey your Management Competence with the new "Management Analysis" module
The content of HILL_BEST FIT 2006 has also been further developed: the new “Management Analysis” completes already existing Modules of HILL_BEST FIT and makes another facet of individual potential visible.
“Management Analysis” surveys management competence in various areas of business and decision-making. Both hard strategy and „soft“ style-components are surveyed, in three different decision making areas-“Self-management”, “Leadership Capacity” and “Entrepreneurial Spirit“.
Management Analysis is currently available in German and English.
> Revision of the “General Knowledge” module available shortly
The new version of the “General Knowledge“ module will be available shortly. The items are adapted to current conditions.
> Improved Performance Techniques
With a new improved-performance server for the online version of HILL_BEST FIT quicker access as well as a larger bandwidth is guaranteed.
