HILL_BEST FIT: News and developments 2007
The HILL_BEST FIT software enables you the flexible and independent application of the HILL Competence Analysis in your company. > Performance and Concentration Test now for the first time available online!
The Performance and Concentration Test is now also available in the online version of HILL_BEST FIT – for now in German and English, further languages will follow.
> Get to know your management competences with the new module Management Analysis
Experiences with the Management Analysis have been very positive. We receive extremely positive feedback from our candidates, and the results are described as very helpful for the personal position determination and further development.
As well as German and English the Management Analysis has in the meantime become available in Slovakian as well as Czech; further languages are in preparation.
> Revision of the German HILL Competence Analysis
High quality also means constant further development. Thus the questions in the German HILL Competence Analysis in the modules general and current knowledge have been brought up to the latest condition.
On top of this the Sales Style Analysis has been likewise revised and partly altered in collaboration with experienced and successful top sales people and on the basis of statistical item analyses.
> Enhanced internationalization
Further strides have also been made in internationalization. For example the vocabulary module is now available in Serbian and Russian.
In addition the module Retentiveness has been made available in Slovakian, further languages are in preparation.
> Up-to-dateness through new standardization
The individual language versions of HILL_BEST FIT are newly standardized in regular 2 year intervals. This guarantees that every candidate is compared with a representative, up-to-date sample from his/her respective country. Thus you obtain a sound assessment foundation.
Since the beginning of the year newly updated standardizations have been available Croatia, Latvia, Poland, Russia and Serbia. Further statistical analyses are being constantly calculated.
