Austrian-wide survey shows HILL as most competent personnel consulting company
A current OGM survey about the topic of personnel development and effects of the crisis shows how Austrian companies react to the dominating situation. In spite of the necessity to cut back in many HR areas and frequently to save in advanced training and education, focussed and quality-conscious behaviour is still visible. More than one third of the companies work with selectively enforced personnel employments, every seventh company entices key employees away from the competition, and 11 percent of the companies up to 100 employees increase their budgets for personnel development. The survey also shows which providers local companies put their trust in. The winner is HILL International.
The survey conducted by OGM Gesellschaft für Marketing (Association for Marketing) which included over 1.100 managers responsible for personnel and decision makers in August of this year shows HILL International as the personnel consulting company that has the reputation of having utmost competence. Also regarding the level of awareness HILL achieves a top rating with 87%. Partner.

A trend one could actually perceive at HILL International in the last months, says Dr. Othmar Hill, was »the trend to play it safe in personnel and management decisions«. In this relation he also sees the increasing interest in HR Due Diligence in the course of company takeovers. Ultimately one could currently not be spending money for something of unknown value.
The examination
The survey was conducted by OGM Gesellschaft für Marketing (Association for Marketing) from August 7 to August 31, 2009 in form of online interviews, 1.144 questionnaires were answered. Target groups were managers responsible for personnel and decision makers in Austria, far more than 80% of the persons invited to the survey are currently not in a known customer relationship to HILL International or HILL Woltron Management Partner.
