Your task:
You will be responsible for and manage production (approx. 80 employees) at the US facility in Florida. With a high level of process orientation, you coordinate and optimize operational procedures as well as the utilization of capacities from incoming orders to production and on-time shipment of high quality manufactured products. Continuous improvements in production planning and all production processes result in reduced dwell times, shorter tooling times and thus in a highly efficent production. You will closely with the management team and report directly to the executive.
Your profile:
You have completed a technical education (engineering degree or similiar) and have already acquired know-how in the field of injection moulding at expert level as well as some knowledge in automation. Besides your proven track record of successfully managing a production unit, your appreciative and team-oriented leadership style enables you to empower your employees to achieve excellent results. Being a hands-on leader, you also have a high sense of responsibility, quality and cost awareness. Sound knowledge of US culture combined with excellent English skills complete your profile.
