  • Provide HR advisory and leadership coaching to business, function and HR managers in EMEA, covering the full spectrum of HR management, operations and administration
  • Assist in the deployment of global and regional HR and business strategies to the region, including global talent management, compensation, organizational changes, business restructuring and global policies
  • Act as the company’s expert and key HR representative in EMEA labor and employee relations, including guidance and steering of relations with works councils and unions
  • Assist in the management and coordination of programs and communications at the regional level, including HR transformation of systems, processes and operations
  • Support in managing employee relations in Germany
  • Professional Coordination of sub-regional and country HR managers in the areas of standards, policies and practices
  • Assist HR leadership in the reorganization of capabilities in the region in alignment with the HR Transformation Strategy
  • Support recruitment activities for regional leadership positions including working hands-on with agencies and specialists


  • University and/or Advanced Degree in HR, Labor Relations Business or related field
  • At least 8 years of HR Management experience in complex, multi-national roles
  • Extensive experience supporting labor and employee relations in complex environments in Europe including union and works council relationship management and collective bargaining
  • Especially Experience of managing successfully employee relations in Germany is necessary
  • Experience in HR transformation including HR operations and services operating models
  • Experience managing HR topics in multiple, diverse lines of business with varying policies and operations while also ensuring global standards and compliance are adhered-to
  • English and German fluency (spoken & written), any additional language is welcome
  • International, multi-cultural, mindset and approach
  • High energy and commitment as well as hands-on mentality
