Project Engineer (all genders) Oil& Gas Applications

Your responsibilities
- Support and execute international projects in the oil & gas sector, taking responsibility for assigned project phases, sub-projectsor work packages
- Support and coordinate cross-functional project teams (engineering, quality, procurement, logistics)
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules and provide regular progress reports to customers
- Organize and manage Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), Project Initiation Meetings (PIM), and ongoing project meetings
- Oversee the activities of packagers and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and necessary permits
- Participate in final inspections with the Quality and Technical departments
- Manage post-delivery activities, including resolving punch list items and non-conformities
- Handle customer claims through successful commissioning
Your Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; recognized project management certification is a plus
- First professional experience in project engineering, project coordination or similar roles, ideally in manufacturing, oil & gas, powerplant construction or a comparable industry
- Project management skills and experience in leading international projects in the oil and gas sector
- Familiarity with rotating machinery, pump and compressor systems is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; German and Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical and project management skills and the ability to influence and lead teamsacross different regions
- Willingness to travel international
