  • Establishment, strengthening and expansion of the market position and the proactive development of national and international key clients in the region of Northeast Europe
  • Efficient acquisition of new customers and proactive development of existing customers
  • Sales and target responsibility for the entire sales area and leveraging of sales and market potentials
  • Calculation and preparation of offers with support of inside sales team
  • Preparation of customer, market, and competitor analyses
  • Analyzing and developing an efficient network of distributors or agents


  • Completed degree in technical studies, ideally in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of pumps or comparable products
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Initiative-taking, structured and result-oriented way of working
  • Convincing, motivated, and communicative personality with a high degree of action orientation
  • Flexibility and high willingness to travel
