You will be looking for new clients and developing relationships with existing ones in the Estonian market.
You will concentrate on selling large logistics projects (long-term contracts) as well as smaller ones, therefore you will analyze the needs of potential clients and together with the team will look for opportunities to meet them.
You will spend most of your time actively communicating by phone, online and live. You will be responsible for the whole sales process including initial contact, commercial offer preparation and presentation, negotiation and contract signing.
Visiting Estonian clients and business trips will be part of your daily performance.
You will work in a team with the sales manager, data analyst and logistics specialist.
Fluent Estonian and English as well as active B2B sales experience are a must for this position. Successful experience in logistics as well as Russian language skills will give you an advantage.
We expect that you can easily contact new people, are able to actively listen, analyze and understand clients’ business needs as well as find and present possible solutions. We also expect that you can learn fast, keep your word, and organize your own work effectively.

2167 Euro gross salary is offered for this position. Yearly bonuses will depend on the financial results of the company.
The company will provide you with a workplace in Tallinn office and all necessary equipment for work (computer, phone, etc.). The hybrid work model will be possible (work on-site and from home) as well as flexible working hours.
