Finance & Office Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a proactive professional with extensive analytical and organizational skills who will lead finance and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial data preparation and analysis
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Budgets and forecasts preparation
  • Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing entries
  • Control of financial statements, and tax calculation prepared by external accounting
  • Audit preparation as well as cooperation with external auditing companies
  • Managing the banking process and payroll in collaboration with external accounting
  • Monitoring and improving cash flow, debt management, and other financial transactions
  • Managing insurance, company policies, legal issues, and all other risk and compliance-related programs
  • Acting as a Business Partner to the Management team
  • Managing a small team
  • Analysing sales statistics, margin, etc.
  • Keeping the office up and running smoothly
  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors
  • Other jobs according to the request of the direct supervisor


  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Accounting and Tax regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong level of English literacy
  • Advanced skills level in MS Office (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • International experience is an advantage
