Key Account Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow who will be responsible for setting up sales structures and activities in the Croatian market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acquiring customers, building a customer base
  • Building recognition of the company on the market
  • Establishing a sales process
  • Preparing orders and handling the sales process
  • Presenting the company's products
  • Representation at trade fairs and industry events
  • Market penetration, development of marketing support
  • Monitoring of competitors

Requirements:

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in the industry and/or knowledge of the local construction market will be an advantage
  • Strong level of English, both spoken and written
  • Creativity and independence in decision making
