Tasks:

  • Recruiting the team of 12 people, later up to 30.
  • Together with the HQ setup Europe-wide shared services for the company’s order entry processes
  • Implementation of quality management system in order to secure the agreed service level  
  • Backorder management and complaint management in the “order to cash” process
  • Process owner (PO) for the subsidiary
  • Functional reporting to the Head of European Customer Service

Requirements:

  • Commercial or business administration studies
  • Familiar with sales or sales support processes (experience of at least 5 years)
  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading a customer service organization either in an SSC or in commercial company
  • Business English or German is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • MS Office and SAP skills
  • Experience within the healthcare market is an advantage
