Chief Accountant

- Minimum college degree in economy or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial position in accounting and finance
- Experience in wholesale business, within a structured international environment
- Experience in creating consolidated financial statements and managing accounting for related legal entities
- Proven people management / development experience and skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, IFRS and tax issues
- Fluency in English and hands-on in MS Office
- User knowledge in international ERP solutions (particularly in SAP and/or Navision)
- Professional and leadership competences, ability to work in complex international structure
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of all work in the field of finance and accounting
- Managing, coordinating and supporting of accounting team, acting as head of the department
- Posting and control of posting of accounting documentation
- Monitoring obligations and planning means of payment
- Preparation of VAT returns and other tax settlements and forms
- Overseeing monthly closing in accordance with local legislation and the requirements of the Group
- Preparation of annual and extraordinary financial and income tax reports
- Preparation of consolidated financial report
- Monthly and annual reporting to the Group
- Supporting projects related to SAP and improving processes and efficiency in the accounting department
