Your chance as an entrepreneur:
As an independent partner you will have the opportunity to establish your own HILL location in Poland and introduce your personal ideas and visions. In line with the positioning of HILL International, you will become an integral part of the internationally established network and expand your branch to a profitable size. As an expert, you will work the market independently and on your own responsibility, whereby the HR services along the HILL Life Cycle will be available to you, but you will be able to determine your own focus and customer target groups. At the same time, you will also cooperate and exchange information with HILL partners in other countries, currently mainly in CEE/SEE, as well as with the International Network Office, which will provide you with the relevant tools.
Your contribution:
- You already run an executive search "boutique" locally and want to broaden your reach as a company or
- You are a leader with excellent contacts in your region in Poland, ideally at C-level, or
- HR expert with relevant market knowledge and a strong affinity to sales.
- You have the desire to work independently and at the same time are convinced of the benefits of being part of an established, international network.
