Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the whole operations management (production chain, packaging, quality) and you are also actively involved in strategic development of the plant.
- You have full responsibility of production along the value chain, including production scheduling.
- You have full accountability for reviewing, analyzing and optimizing all operations procedures and you are responsible for supervising security and safety across organization.
- You will support all growth projects within the organization together with the management team you lead.
- As a result-oriented and supportive manager you are actively involved in developing the managerial team and their succession planning.
Expected from you:
- You own a strong motivation and acumen in operations
- 5+ years of proven experience in managerial roles, related to operations and production within automotive, or aluminum processing.
- Your outstanding organizational and leadership abilities provide you the capability to develop and implement proficient tracking and reporting systems.
- You can prove your proficient strategic thinking abilities through strong: planning, organizing, monitoring and decision-making.
- You are an excellent open and transparent communicator, at all levels of the organization.
- You are self motivated, energetic, as well as open and transparent in decisions and communication.
- You have a proven track record of success, based on a constructive and supportive approach towards the teams you provided leadership for
- You own a Bachelor degree in Engineering, or other similar technical domain, along with a very good command of Romanian and English
