Account Manager for Direct Accounts - Broilers

- University degree in agricultural, nutrition or veterinary
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in similar position: while junior candidates are also welcomed to apply
- Fluency in English, an active driver
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers
- Strong customer focus supported by excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Energetic and initiative personality
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing client needs and providing technical advice and support on farm for the agreed group of accounts
- Educates farmers and staff by detailing new products related to broiler nutrition, quality and ambient conditions
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of current and potential customers
- Developing, proposing and implementing (agreed) sales plans for an agreed group of customers related to broilers
- Provides expert insight for existing and new customers by consulting and engaging technical specialists
- Regular contact with internal local and international colleagues to exchange know-how and ideas as part of a learning organization
- Represents the Company in accordance with De Heus guideline
