Job description:

  • Responsible for managing Board Members personal daily schedule in line with Board Members daily requirements
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of Board Members including appointments, meetings and travel
  • Booking and arranging travel arrangements, transport and accommodation
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Project management or participation in projects delegated by a Board member
  • Acts as a reliable personal assistant




  • University degree ideally with economy or business orientation
  • Up to 2 years of experience in similar position
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and good MS office knowledge
  • Translating background (simultaneous) is highly appreciated
  • Active driver
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong in implementation and assertive
