Business Development Manager - lighting segment

- university degree in technical or business direction
- strong project sales experience in the area of lighting, security, thermo-technics or similar solutions
- fluency in English and MS Office literacy
- active driver, prepared for frequent traveling
- stabile, mature and result-driven person with passion for networking and strong competitiveness
- distinct interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- flexible and analytical professional, courageous to challenge status-quo, eager to improve own skills and knowledge
Responsibilities:
- acting as a business generator and a true business partner to company and customers
- pushing for further growth of sales network and sales results
- supporting and strengthening of professional relations with the existing clients
- providing consultancy and proposing solutions to clients and potential clients
- managing the whole sales cycle: from contact initiation to contracting, delivery and payment collection
- cooperating with designers and procurement sector
- providing company development and enhancing its growth, consequently increasing own contribution and impact
- monitoring market trends and competitors’ activities and proposing improvement ideas
