Business Finance Analyst

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 3 years of experience in the field of financial planning and analysis
- Familiar with the IAS, IFRS, local taxes and other financial regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced level user of MS office, while preferable user of BI Tools
- Knowledge in financial software applications and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage several major activities simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Responsibilities:
- Analyses the trends of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related both to business and financial performance and identify the causes to (unexpected) variances
- Develops financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives
- Develops and continually improve budgeting tools, financial projections, and operating forecast systems
- Provide reports, cash flow and other analysis at request or at own initiative (periodically or ad hoc)
- Develops and maintains digital data/information sharing programs in support of an efficient run operation
- Weekly monitoring of agreed KPI’s
- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
- Reports to Finance Manager
