- Experience in similar position within an organized production system
- Experience in company general management
- University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is considered a strong plus
- Orientation to process improvement, structure and results
- Fluency in English
- Inspiring leader, successful in nurturing a motivating corporate culture
- Ability to lead changes in supportive and positive manner
Responsibilities:
- Steering operations in line with commercial, production and financial goals of the plant
- Evaluating production costs through raw materials costs, efficiency and management of effectiveness of the team
- Managing strategic planning and leading operational activities for the local company
- Ensuring proper production utilization in line with balanced raw materials purchasing and final product sales tactics and execution
- Leading negotiation with key customers and securing constant upscaling of business operations
- Overseeing raw material costs and major suppliers’ contracts
- Monitoring of team results, recognising their learning needs and managing further development
- Excellent communication and relations with banks, state authorities and international head office
