Chief Financial Officer

- university degree in Economics or other finance related field
- extensive experience in corporate finance of an international, preferably IT / Hi-Tech, company or in a consulting companies, with minimum 5 years in senior management position
- experience in business development and strategy implementation
- experience with IFRS standards and local GAAP accounting, business models and ERP systems
- people and project management experience and deep understanding of internal functioning of corporate structures
- previous cooperation with state authorities and Government would be highly desirable
- strong business acumen, fluency in English and Serbian are prerequisites
- a deeply involved strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- a result driven leader with strong people and partnership development, dynamism and energy
Responsibilities:
- overall management of the financial, administrative, HR and marketing activities of the company, setting budgets, strategy and planning
- management of principal financial functions and being a member of a local board team, cooperating closely with CEO for Serbia
- lead, support, coach, motivate and develop the team of direct and indirect subordinates, directly responsible for finance, administration, marketing and HR departments within Serbian Office
- responsible for planning and controlling of financial resources and efficient management of company financial status
- continuous analysis and challenging of processes and projects, control of plans vs. present financial metrics and ensure further improvement of performance and results
- ensure timely and accurate reporting, responsible for preparation of monthly and annual statutory and group reports
- facilitating further growth of local entity and nurturing good relations with mother company
- ensure compliance with accounting, financial and fiscal regulations and with internal standards and regulations
- liaison with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
