Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in daily commercial and administrative operations/activities is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy in work
  • Strong structure orientation and discipline in work
  • proficient communication abilities and orientation to details
  • intermediate level of English
  • Advanced computer skills (MS office), SAP experience is a plus
  • Fixed term labour contract – 1 year

Job description:

  • Creating, processing and archiving business documentation
  • Providing back-office support: taking orders, preparing offers, invoices, etc
  • Daily communication with distributors
  • Orders evidencing in SAP
  • Administrative support to sales team and management
