Responsibilities:

  • Participating in business strategies development together with the founders
  • Ensuring that company’s operations create stable framework for further development and expansion
  • Promoting company's vision and values together with employees
  • Managing and motivating employees
  • Monitoring of all operations and business activities to make sure that the desired results can be achieved and that they are in line with the overall strategy and mission of the company
  • Developing business plans and ensuring their consistency with short-term and long-term goals
  • In regular exchange with the founders making investment decisions to increase the company's profits
  • Review financial and non-financial statements to find solutions or improvements
  • Analyzing problematic situations and events and finding solutions that will ensure stability and growth of the company
  • Development and encouragement of employees and managers
  • Working on business optimization (optimizing all team processes)

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in top management position, ideally in outsourcing/nearshoring companies, e-commerce or software companies
  • University degree in economics, management, organizational sciences or other relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, while knowledge of German is a plus
  • A confident and positive strategic thinker, with strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate the team
  • Proactive, solution oriented and flexible individual with distinctive communication and negotiation skills
