Export Manager

- Creating, implementing and managing sales strategy for designated export markets
- Management and development of the sales network in foreign markets
- Finding new customers and sales channels, concluding sales contracts
- Creating sales plan for a specific market, supervising orders and shipping of products
- Regular reporting on implementation of the plan and activities for its achievement
- Regular communication with customers and follow up on a particular market specifics
- Managing, defining goals and supervising the work of sales teams in specific markets
- Active monitoring of the marketing activities of the competition and excellent knowledge of the competitive product range
- Taking ownership for some specific operations relating to his markets of responsibility
- Supporting global market penetration and market development projects
Requirements:
- High professional qualifications in economic or similar field
- Fluency in English, while Russian speaking knowledge is highly appreciated
- At least two years of work experience in a similar position
- Sales-oriented, with good negotiating skills
- A communicative person with strong presentation skills
- Motivated for travel and field work
- Self-initiative
- Active user of Office programs
- Valid category B driver's license
