Requirements:

  • University degree in relevant field
  • Previous experience in finance and administration roles
  • Possession of official license for Accounting & Finance and knowledge of IFRS would be considered as advantage
  • Knowledge of Serbian VAT rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in SAP utilization and/or implementation is highly valued, familiarity with Hyperion would be an advantageous asset
  • Fluency in English as well as PC literacy
  • Independency and ability to work without daily supervision
  • Ability to make decisions having limited amount of information
  • Flexible individual with hands-on approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness for travel to Sombor on weekly basis during first 12-18 months

Job description:

  • Legal representation of Serbian Office with authority to sign
  • Responsible for yearly budgeting and target cycle
  • Statutory Accounts management (local tax report, company tax) and yearly Transfer Pricing management
  • Support regular internal audit mission
  • Close cooperation with local accounting company and reconciliation with Group accounts and procedures
  • Monthly group closing (Flash, QSM, P+L, HR Reporting...)
  • Group Quarterly/Consolidation Package (IFRS)
  • Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis (Gross Margin, Cost Center Management, etc.)
  • Payments validation and credit control
  • Provision calculation (customer bonus, salary provisions, stock provisions..)
  • Communication with banks
  • Supervision of company expenses (e.g. travel costs)
  • Cooperation with local authorities, HR topics, administration, contract management, rental etc.
  • Participation in SAP implementation
  • Support other group projects (e.g. 3PL implementation)
