  • university degree in business and finance
  • 5+ years of professional experience in controlling, finance operations and planning, ideally within international environment
  • experience and financial analysis, reporting and treasury
  • very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
  • knowledge of English
  • good organizational and mentoring skills
  • ability to lead a team and hands-on approach
  • reliable and honest personality with strong goal and team orientation
  • strong understanding of corporate processes and ability to support top management decisions in a structured manner


  • preparing of financial reports according to management needs
  • taking an active role in budgeting, reporting and rolling forecasts
  • controlling efficiency and risks of business processes
  • proposing cost reduction per sector and overall business improvement
  • cash management and bank relations
  • credit control of customers
  • payments to suppliers follow up
