Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets are met
- Collaborate with senior managers and team leaders to achieve strategic objectives
- Oversee negotiations with key suppliers
- Cooperation with group functional managers and auditors to consult and align on tactical approach
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in sales or company management, ideally with strong retail network
- proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within retail or consumer-facing industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operations with focus on efficiency and goal reaching
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and business development
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Native in Macedonian or Serbian, with fluency in English
