Group Dynamics NAV Business Consultant - remote

- university degree in the field of business informatics or similar
- at least 3 years of experience in ERP consulting (MS Dynamics NAV)
- proven experience in the area of interfaces
- experience in wholesale trade, while experience in production system is an advantage
- proficient in English or German language
- expert skills in MS Excel
- strong conceptual thinking and analytical approach
Responsibilities:
- project management for the conversion of the ERP system of the technical companies to MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
- internal support for ERP issues:
- application support, error analysis and correction, authorization concept, adjustments due to process changes, etc
- evaluation of ERP business-needs in cooperation with the line, evaluation of implementation feasibility and cost effectiveness
- proactive, continuous identification of optimization opportunities in the IT and/or ERP infrastructure
- implementation of ERP enhancements and process optimizations - if necessary with the help of external service providers
- establishment and maintenance of interfaces to the ERP system
- training and development of key users in the departments
- technical support and further development of our eShop
- coordination with our external IT service provider
- substitution of the ICT Business Analyst
