- 10 years of working experience in sales preferably in b2b and service industry, with at least 2 years of experience in people management within structured system
- University degree
- Experience with e-commerce is a plus
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills / team player
- English language skills and active driver
- Excellent analytical and commercial capacity with distinct customer relationship awareness
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales department
- Responsibility for achieving business goals in domain of sales department
- Development and implementation of relevant work procedures, policies and regulations
- Regular control and analysis of team members achievements and results and taking adequate actions in order to improve all processes, including training and education
- Monitoring the implementation of adopted budgets/ sales plans - finding ways to maximize turnover and maintain strong cost control / CAPEX and operational control
- Development of existing sales channels and brands in accordance with strategies, production plans, available resources and external scenarios
- Coordination and control of activities on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones
- Participation in the strategic planning and budgeting of the business and decision-making on sales strategies
- Control, coordination and continuous monitoring of activities related to the customers’ claim collection
- Keep track of market opportunities and use them for further results improvement
- Strengthening and systematization of the sales process, implementation of measures for improvement
- Participation in defining salaries and bonuses for employees in the sales department
