  • university degree in business or social sciences
  • 10 years of experience in HR, including managerial responsibility level, preferably within international corporate environment
  • significant experience in people development and retention projects
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capability to drive changes and facilitate complex projects
  • efficient and pragmatic leader, able to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • fluency in English


  • supporting strategy creation
  • ensuring all activities and programs related to HR are implemented in accordance with the strategy
  • overseeing and managing all HR functions with emphasis on people development programs
  • developing and deploying performance evaluation and organizational development
  • setting strategic workforce planning and talent management
  • developing, leading and empowering internal HR team
  • supporting department managers in efficient implementation of the organization's HR strategy in line with established guidelines and budgets
  • aligning business objectives with people solutions
  • reporting to CEO and COO of the company
