- university degree in business or social sciences
- 10 years of experience in HR, including managerial responsibility level, preferably within international corporate environment
- significant experience in people development and retention projects
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capability to drive changes and facilitate complex projects
- efficient and pragmatic leader, able to engage internal and external stakeholders
- fluency in English
Responsibilities:
- supporting strategy creation
- ensuring all activities and programs related to HR are implemented in accordance with the strategy
- overseeing and managing all HR functions with emphasis on people development programs
- developing and deploying performance evaluation and organizational development
- setting strategic workforce planning and talent management
- developing, leading and empowering internal HR team
- supporting department managers in efficient implementation of the organization's HR strategy in line with established guidelines and budgets
- aligning business objectives with people solutions
- reporting to CEO and COO of the company
