- 5 years of professional experience as HR Business Partner of small/medium-sized production companies
- Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of Labour law and relevant legislation
- Knowledge of data protection principles (Serbian PDPA / GDPR-aligned) and their application in HR
- Upper intermediate English or German
- Experience in SAP or other ERP is mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Driving license category B

Job description:
- Ensuring compliance of HR processes with legislation and internal regulations
- Cooperation with management on staff and HR strategy planning
- Conducting and facilitating recruitment activities from the start
- Cooperation in recruiting key positions and supporting the recruitment processes
- Determining suitable recruitment channels and preparing job advertisements
- Communication with candidates and preparation of job and salary offers
- Creating and implementing HR projects (engagement, employer branding, training, change initiatives)
- Organizing and participating in job fairs across the country, including ensuring all material and logistical needs
- Establishing and managing the apprenticeship training center
- Supporting managers in leadership, motivation, performance evaluation, and handling challenging situations.Identifyi

- Analyzing HR data and preparing recommendations for management.
- Actively working on improving company culture and employee experience.
- Handling employment-related legal matters in cooperation with the legal department.
- Analysis of open positions and communication with position owners, PA administration.
- Managing incoming new employees and entering data into the database.
- Organizing and conducting initial and follow-up job interviews.
- Securing all documents required for employment contracts (CV, education certificates, job description, etc.).
- Managing and updating the company’s social media channels.
- Conducting onboarding training.
