Requirements:

  • university degree in Technical Sciences or related field
  • 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Administration
  • experience in Windows server and Active Directory infrastructure administration
  • knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in the retail industry, is considered a plus
  • hands-on and operational approach with practical experience in managing IT infrastructure and effectively resolving technical challenges
  • time management, planning, and analytical skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • fluency in English

Responsibilities:

  • oversee and conduct daily IT operations, including system administration, hardware/software procurement, configuration, and regular maintenance
  • diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ERP systems, operating systems, hardware, and network infrastructure
  • administer and manage the Windows Environment and associated IT infrastructure
  • providing training to employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
  • regular reporting on activities to the IT director
