Key Account Manager - Telco

Requirements:

  • strong sales and/or account and project management experience
  • excellent network of contacts and direct relationship with telcos
  • took in charge and participated in networking device project with telcos
  • at least 3~5 years’ experience in sales or business development position within telco industry, understand market knowledge & trend well
  • good knowledge of product portfolio: Wi-Fi Router, 4G/5G Stationary Router, 4G/5G Mobile Router, Mesh, GPON, xDSL and Smart Home
  • fluency in English and PC literacy are prerequisites
  • well-developed organization, communication, and negotiation skills, self-motivated & self-management personality with target & result-orientation
  • independent and strategic thinker with pro-active approach and problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:

  • develop business in telco and maintain cooperation with clients
  • suggest and execute product and price sales strategy
  • sales increase and achievement of the set sales targets with dedicated accounts
  • initiating and maintaining long-term customer relations with key accounts with the aim to improve relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • continuous analysis of the market trends and competitor activities and providing suggestions for improvements and appropriate response to changing sales conditions
  • daily coordination and cooperation with internal departments in order to meet the requirements of the customers
  • regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager SEE
