Requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in managerial positions within production, facility and fleet maintenance
  • Experience in investment activities is highly appreciated
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, persistent and interested in continual development
  • A strong leader with distinct organizational, communication and team development skills

Job description:

Organization and managing of maintenance team and taking care of agenda of the following maintenance processes:

  • Maintenance and infrastructure management of the site, including horticulture
  • Maintenance of the equipment of each production line and equipment in the plant, along with mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Fleet management: regular maintenance of company’s fleet, construction machinery, truck, internal transport vehicles (electric forklifts)
  • Organization, planning, monitoring and control of the implementation of preventive and regular maintenance of equipment from internal resources and in cooperation with external contractors, planning and control of costs, procurement of spare parts, contracting of maintenance services, account control, preparation of reports and plans,
  • Monitoring and control of the monitoring and control systems, ventilation, heating/cooling, then the energy system, as well as the water supply system
  • Contracting and realization of works on investment projects/procurements in cooperation with external associates and vendors as well as internal resources (control of project documentation and administrative procedure, execution of construction and mechanical works, installation of equipment, supervision and control of work, acceptance and commissioning), preparation of annual investment plans and reports,
  • Organization and control over the keeping of legally obligated records on the operation of equipment, regular inspections and calibration of equipment, proper keeping of complete documentation obligated by law, monitoring of legal regulations and timely implementation of changes,
  • Application of all measures in the field of OHS, fire protection, environmental protection, obligated by law and standards of group,
  • Organization of the work of the team, task distribution and coordination, motivation, and periodical performance assessment.
