- University degree
- 10+ years of commercial and/or company management experience in Transportation, Distribution, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Previous P&L responsibility
- Understanding of main transport and logistics principles, time-definite transport, last-mile logistics, and customs brokerage operations.
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on leader with strong commercial orientation and ability to scale operations
Responsibilities:
- Managing local operations: commercial, sales, financial and administration team to secure profitable growth and Operation excellence
- Having full P&L responsibility for Serbian operation and being the official representative
- Driving strategic planning and ensuring new business acquisition
- Manage the budgeting processes, forecasting and financial reporting to the board members
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, key accounts, and government authorities
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure cost control and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with all Serbian legal, tax, and customs regulations.
- Oversee capital investments, pricing policy, and key supplier contracts
- Implement group strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a strong company culture focused on performance, innovation, and service quality
- Regular reporting to Board
