Main responsibilities:

  • Development of Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company's goals, including brand positioning, market targeting, and setting marketing goals.
  • Digital Marketing: Leading digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and website analytics.
  • Online Store Management: Coordination of strategies, activities and promotions in the company's online stores to optimize sales and user experience.
  • Team leadership: Managing a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support and inspiration to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Performance analysis: Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying key success metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Cooperation with other Sectors: Mutual cooperation with sales, production and operational teams to ensure the cohesion of marketing and business strategies.
  • Use of technology: Actively monitoring and applying the latest tools and technologies in digital marketing to improve marketing campaigns and processes.
  • Community management: Implementing and overseeing strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as active interaction with customers for continuous improvement.
  • Managing relationships with key partners, media and external agencies.
  • Managing marketing budget, effectiveness analysis and ROI for all marketing activities
  • Product development: Actively participates in the development of new products.
  • Continuous improvement: integrates traditional with digital and advanced marketing strategies, with continuous improvement and innovation in customer access.

Qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in economics, marketing, communications or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in marketing with, at least 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Proven competencies and experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, digital advertising and analytics.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry / dietary supplements and medical devices in which the company operates is considered an advantage.
  • Strong English skills and willingness to travel in the region (driver’s license).
  • Advanced business communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to strategically drive marketing department and develop further brand awareness in regional and international markets through various innovative projects.
