  • university degree
  • minimum 5 years of experience in leading marketing operations, ideally in technically oriented industry
  • strong experience in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • hands on in ATL and BTL marketing as well as in coordination of marketing research and creation of marketing materials
  • digital marketing knowledge
  • fluency in English and full PC literacy are prerequisites
  • excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • outgoing, creative and pragmatic personality
  • strong business acumen with ability to handle multiple projects and ideas

Job description:

  • organization, planning, management, coordination and supervision of work of the marketing team
  • planning, preparation and implementation of promotional actions
  • development of short- and long-term marketing plans, adapting it to general marketing strategy and specific market needs
  • analysis of the market and positioning of company on the market, as well as participation in the evaluation of the market reaction to promotional campaigns, packaging, product composition and other technical characteristics
  • definition of core activities and its delegation within a team
  • evaluation of effectiveness of executed marketing and advertising plans and programs
  • coordination of market investigation, analyzing and reporting on trends; proposing related action plans
  • coordination of design and creation of communication and advertising materials
  • creating an online strategy with the aim of branding and enhancing the visibility of the Company's digital identity
  • strict budget control, evaluation of estimated and real costs vs. objectives and budgets
  • regular reporting to General Manager
  • ensuring that all marketing activities adhere to brand philosophy and strategy, company policies and procedures
