Requirements:

  • Business or marketing-related degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in all aspects of developing, implementing and maintaining marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing related business practices incl. market research, technology and budgeting
  • Leadership experience, while team transformation skills would be appreciated
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge is a plus (FMCG, beverages, lifestyle segment, etc.)
  • Experience with relevant software applications – MS Office, Nielsen SW (advantage)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with problem solving attitude
  • An engaging leader, with distinct persuasiveness, judgement and decisiveness
  • Fluent English language skills

Job description:

  • Overseeing of the entire marketing lifecycle, including planning, executing campaigns / activities, analyzing the ROI and tracking the budget
  • Strategy development and planning of campaigns / activities in line with internal and external company / brand guidelines and coordinating them with other departments (sales, finance, logistics)
  • Prepare annual marketing and budget plans in coordination with principle and superior, monitor and evaluate the implementation as well as corresponding expenses for all products
  • Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates
  • Define, agree, and evaluate individual performance targets of the staff on annual and quarterly basis
  • Supervise brand and promotion managers, as well as agencies resp. service partners
  • Analyze and implement consumer and market data as a basis for strategic and/or tactical decisions and measures
  • Identify and explore new resp. alternative marketing and business opportunities
  • Develop distribution, retail targeted and channel specific strategies and coordinate their execution together with the Sales Manager and the team, also taking part in price strategy setting
  • Comply with defined corporate reporting standards and requirements.
  • Prepare and participate in internal and external meetings. Travel to required meetings and trainings to principles
