- university degree
- 1-2 years of office management experience
- proficiency in English along with excellent PC skills are prerequisites
- highly organized with advanced ability to multitask and prioritize
- open-minded, proactive and reliable
- mild and kind personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- providing full office support for the Group
- organization and coordination of office work: administration and correspondence (mail and post)
- acting as personal assistant to Director
- correspondence with business consultants and service providers
- handling the logistical support (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)
- managing front desk, receiving incoming calls and greeting visitors
- handling office procurement
- regular reporting to company management
