Requirements:

  • university degree
  • 1-2 years of office management experience
  • proficiency in English along with excellent PC skills are prerequisites
  • highly organized with advanced ability to multitask and prioritize
  • open-minded, proactive and reliable
  • mild and kind personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • providing full office support for the Group
  • organization and coordination of office work: administration and correspondence (mail and post)
  • acting as personal assistant to Director
  • correspondence with business consultants and service providers
  • handling the logistical support (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • managing front desk, receiving incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • handling office procurement
  • regular reporting to company management
