Requirements:

  • Background in economics, social sciences or similar field
  • Previous experience in office management, desirably with HR administration
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication, both in Serbian and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, punctual and deadline oriented
  • Kind and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded, proactive and reliable
  • Strong working ethic

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of the company´s management, especially Country Head for Serbia and CFO – planning and organizing meetings, preparation of documents and presentations and minutes of meetings
  • Organizing business trips, hotels, tickets, taxis, car rental, restaurant
  • Complete organization of corporate events and teambuilding activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Office management – operation, communication and provision of supplier services
  • Supporting candidates and employees in the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Control of working time, supervision of health and safety training and medical examinations
  • Preparation and administration of employees’ files, job descriptions and assignment contracts
  • Cooperation in the implementation of new procedures
  • Handling of benefits
  • Support in organizing and conducting training courses
  • Preparation of reports to external institutions and for internal purposes
  • Supporting the recruitment processes
