Plant Manager

- University degree in Technical Sciences (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in managerial position within international manufacturing environment, preferably within automotive industry
- Experience in people management, budgeting, financial reporting and strategic planning
- Experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement
- Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards
- Familiar with BST – MST, Variability workshop and Pull flow principle
- Knowledge of technical and production documentation and safety features of products
- Excellent communicator, able to manage and achieve goals with internal and external partners
- Passionate and analytical leader, with strong business acumen and global perspective
- Fluency in English and PC literacy
- Category B driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and monitor all plant activities in line with prescribed legislation
- Plan, develop and propose business goals, budgets and development strategies
- Business coordination, providing a quality reporting system and adequate communication with Headquarters
- Responsibility for legal representation of the company
- Maintain good business relations with financial and other institutions, key customers and suppliers, as well as ensuring long-term cooperation with them
- Optimization of all resources in the factory
- Responsibility for operating results and development of production activities
- Responsible for the accuracy of the company's financial statements
