Profile:

  • university degree in economics, organizational sciences or field of mathematics, statistics and quantitative analysis
  • at least 2 years of relevant price data documenting and analysis experience
  • experience in international company with developed business structure is a strong asset
  • fluency in English
  • excellent PC skills (advanced Excel)
  • distinct orientation to data processing and proven analytical skills
  • good commercial understanding, punctuality and creativity in work
  • ability to extract data from business figures and convert those to a precise decision-making tool
  • excellent communication and collaboration style, flexibility in thinking from different perspectives

Responsibilities:

  • making cost price files, through collecting the necessary data from all sectors in the company
  • entering and updating prices in the ERP system for:
  • planned prices for finished products
  • actual cost price of finished products
  • trade goods - input purchase calculations
  • merchandise for re-export - input (purchase) and sales calculation
  • entry, analysis and approval of project prices
  • preparation and confirmation of prices for the price list for all markets - both domestic and export markets
  • analysis, preparation and entry of prices for a related party in conjunction with the transfer pricing study
  • development of ERP systems and other tools to facilitate monitoring of price changes (purchase)
  • analyzes, controls and approves the implementation of price level as well as all necessary documentation from decisions of superiors
  • participates in business process automation and standardization projects in the field of pricing
  • analysis of prices and margins from the point of view of profit maximization, preservation of market position (resistance to competition)
  • reporting to Finance Manager
