- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience as a manager in project-based manufacturing
- Familiarity with metal processing equipment and technical expertise
- Experience in project and technical staff management
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fully operative English
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach, ability to lead people in a fair and ethical manner
- Strong attention to time-management, ability to transpose strategic plans into timely tactical actions
Responsibilities:
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Plan, organize and follow up of production processes in line with project plans and shipment deadlines
- Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
- Increasing production, assets capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Overseeing overall production process, continual coordination with other company departments (logistics, purchasing, sales and quality control)
- Ensuring all workers maintain productivity and staying on delegated tasks
- Take steps to solve the production setbacks and improve performance
- Monitor and drive production to achieve deadlines and continuously improve, resolving issues that arise.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
