- Completed studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering)
- Several years of experience in the same or comparable management role
- Experience in work preparation, CAM environment, production control and procurement
- Experience in cost, quality and deadline responsibility
- Long-term perspective with active role in site expansion
- Experience in setting up or managing new production sites or an advantage in industrial ramp-up
- Intercultural competence and experience in leading international teams
- Upper intermediate knowledge of English or German
- Experience in SAP or other ERP is mandatory
- High degree of creative freedom and direct influence on the strategy, structure and performance of the new plant
- Entrepreneurial, structured thinking, assertive, communicative leader
- Driving license category B
- Position location: Kikinda
Job description:
- Overall responsibility for the entire production area including production, work preparation, CAM programming, production control, material scheduling and purchasing
- Management of control, quality, costs, adherence to deadlines and performance.
- Establishment, stabilization and further development of a new production site in an international environment
- Leadership of the team leaders and indirect management of the operational areas
- Responsibility for work preparation and CAM programming
- Responsibility for production planning and production control
- Overall responsibility for material scheduling and purchasing (establishment of an efficient local supplier procurement structure)
- Control of a three-shift manufacturing operation
- Close coordination with the plants within the Group
- Technical responsibility for the expansion of the site, including co-design of layout, processes, material flows and organizational structures in close coordination with the plants within the Group and the management
- Ensuring the implementation of Group standards (quality, processes, occupational safety and compliance)
- Active role in ramp-up, capacity planning as well as personnel development and employee qualification
- Reporting to Managing director
