Requirements:

  • College degree
  • 2 years of experience in commercial position, ideally within project, retail network and B2B partnership development
  • Experience in regional markets is a plus
  • Knowledge of English – fluent, while knowledge of French is a welcome asset
  • Ability to listen, decide, understand and solve problems quickly
  • Synthesis and clear presentation and analysis of the results with strong commercial performance
  • Autonomy and decision capacity

Job description:

  • Team leader for further development and maintenance of TQAS/TRTC networks in 4 countries
  • Managing Project Sales Representative
  • Supervising prospecting process of members of the TQAS and TRTC networks in Hub Balkans countries, perform necessary studies, profitability calculations and support assessing if prospect should be candidate.
  • Presenting studies and potential of chosen candidates to Managing Director for approval of investment.
  • Supervising maintenance of the existing TQAS/TRTC network. Coordination of plans and activities on the sites during whole period with Total HSE and visibility rules; Stabilizing the business and increasing volumes where possible.
  • Making visits to the existing members of TQAS and TRTC networks and to the prospects – together with sales reps
  • Supervising implementation and caring out sales and marketing actions as well as other activities in TQAS and TRTC network, together with Marketing responsible
  • Cooperation with marketing agency representatives as well as with affiliate`s Marketing responsible and other parties involved in project
  • Supervising sales of lubricants and other goods, monitoring of payments in line with sales plans
  • Organizing and following incoming sales projects such as Car Wash & EV Chargers
  • Supervising of the implementation of local production project (AdBlue, Screen wash liquid…)
  • Ensuring successful study and implementation of new projects related to sales and marketing
