- Business studies with focus on human resources or commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in Human Resources and recruitment
- Knowledge of works constitution and labor law
- PC literacy / MS office knowledge (word, excel), while SAP HR user knowledge is advantage
- Working knowledge of English
- Proactivity and responsibility in work
- Confidential handling of personal data
- Integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasized orientation to further learning and development
Responsibilities:
- Selection of the recruiting channel in consultation with the supervisor
- Initiate job advertisements (internal, external - internet, print ads)
- Contact with external staffing agencies / management of supplier relationship in cooperation with the central purchasing department
- Applicant preselection
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Negotiating / determining the conditions of the employment contract
- Employment contract formalities (obtaining the consent of works council, drafting the employment contract, etc.)
- Training coordination support
