Requirements:

  • business or marketing-related education
  • minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales development, with trade marketing and/or brand management knowledge
  • experience in working with partners, distributors and customers
  • relevant product and beverages industry knowledge (FMCG, lifestyle segment, etc.)
  • strong assertiveness and ability to motivate and support brand development teams across the region
  • MS Office competency, while Nielsen SW is considered an advantage
  • fluent English language skills

 

Job description:

  • charge to develop and propose overall regional strategic direction for the brand development in all key areas of marketing mix: Promotion, Price and Distribution
  • managing central A & P budgets: steering central and countries budget, maximizing A & P efficiency, recharge process ownership
  • lead a team of distribution markets Brand Managers, dedicated to Šamar brand, towards effective collaboration and achievement of defined marketing and sales goals
  • product management: development, pricing and distribution strategy
  • collects comprehensive information and insight from distribution markets in order to develop global solutions according to local needs.
  • adjusts the strategy based on learnings and local insights in order to capture existing potential
  • market visits: visits to all distribution markets to support local brand development
