- support lead & develop technical sales team in the region of Vojvodina
- team steering and support (incl. target setting and development through regular feedback) to fully perform their task
- supporting sales team for implementation of Market Approach Strategy (MAS).
- develop, motivate and lead sales team in Vojvodina
- balance team efforts and focus between CPP, seeds and Digital products.
- support MAS, concept development, implementation & update for:
> Distribution channel approach & management
> Farm channel approach & management with pull strategy
- regional sales planning, target setting, monitoring and follow up on KPI
- achievement in agreement with country and sales management for area responsibility. (Support) negotiation with invoicing customers.
- CRM – implementation and supporting the Country MAS with the team.
- supporting commercial policy, sales terms & conditions (incl. operational pricing), support process of policy definition guaranteeing coordination with MAS in alignment with country and sales management. Ensure its implementation.
- Reporting to Sales Manager for Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia
- several years of working experience in sales management
- leadership experience and developed communication and interpersonal understanding skills / team player
- university degree (economy, business, agriculture) or similar qualification
