  • experience in B2B field sales ideally within regional markets
  • willingness for frequent traveling
  • strong customer orientation
  • college degree, preferably in technical sciences
  • good knowledge of English and valid driving licence
  • independent and result-driven, with distinct sales drive
  • energetic and initiative personality with value-based sales orientation
  • sensibility in interpersonal relationship building and strong communicational skills


  • active sales activities in the field, with direct visit to customers across the region of Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia
  • finding and developing new markets and customers
  • positioning of the company as a long-term strategic partner to customers
  • reporting on sales results and fulfilment of action plans for each client, within agreed budget
  • co-operating closely with the production unit planner to ensure in time production and delivery of goods
  • following up on trends, markets and opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales results
  • together with Technical Service driving the launch of new products at the customer
