Responsibilities:

  • Set up legal entity in Belgrade, find the ideal office space and arrange office equipment
  • Hire and manage 4-6 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)
  • Ensure compliance with the Serbia laws & regulation
  • Lead the operations of the subsidiary and set the overall strategic direction for the Serbian market
  • Set up annual budget plan and monitor expenditures
  • Being the operational Sales Manager at the same time s/he is in charge of the positive development of sales results, processes and methods
  • Work with Director Sales & Marketing to establish team KPIs - Supervising team & ensuring their KPIs are met
  • Ensure weekly and monthly agenda for ISR team training, fun event and other important gatherings
  • Maintain strong relationship with both local partners and Waldom departments in Europe and USA
  • Report to Director of Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience of business development and/or managing a sales team with proven success records
  • Experience with setting up an entity and/or starting a new business is a plus
  • Good understanding of Serbian laws & regulation
  • University Degree in Management, Finance or other relevant field (Master Degree/ MBA is a plus)
  • International Background (either studying abroad and/or working abroad) is welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of general sales discipline and methodology
  • A confident and positive attitude, with strong leadership skills, and innate ability to inspire and motivate the team
  • Proactive, solution oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude
