- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in M&A advisory or financial audit (preferably within Big 4 companies), financial institutions, or similar organizations
- CFA or ACCA certification or enrollment is highly appreciated
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- A goal- and customer-oriented professional with strong achievement drive and passion for learning
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute of deal advisory projects, encompassing due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring
- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships while delivering expert advisory support
- Utilize international partnerships to design and implement effective cross-border M&A strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development
- Monitor industry trends to deliver informed, strategic advice to clients
